Overall the Manhattan town house market showed signs of slowing. Records at the top end were not challenged and overall sales volumes were down. However, the lower end continued to rise. For the first time ever, there were zero town houses in Manhattan bought for less than $1 million in 2016.

One listing at 57 East 64th Street sold for $28 million with multiple offers.
